We know how difficult it is to get to appointments and we know that this difficulty increases as we age and our chronic health issues start to slow us down.  There are some patients who aren't able to get to appointments due to cognitive issues or who become upset or confused when they are taken from their normal environments.  We have found that some patients are not able to tolerate leaving their homes to seek medical care and we want to ensure that they have access to medical care.  Contact us if you have a family member or know of someone that could benefit from our services.  We look forward to assisting them!
